1. JET Performance Products, Inc. (“Sponsor”) is offering the Visa Gift Card Giveaway. JET will give away one (1) Visa Gift Card valued at $50.00. No Purchase Necessary. Void Where Prohibited.
2. How To Enter: Entry can be made through registration of a JET Product by a) Website registration @ www.jetchip.com/register.asp b) by U.S mail of Jet Product registration card or c) by sending in a 3” x 5” postcard addressed to Visa Gift Card Giveaway, 17491 Apex Circle, Huntington Beach, California 92647. Limit of One (1) entry per household.
3. Eligibility: The sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (excluding Puerto Rico) and District of Columbia who are at least 16 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of JET Performance Products, Inc., and their respective, retail distributors, suppliers, wholesale distributors, advertisers and members of their families (parents, siblings, children, and their respective spouses) and/or those residing in the same household (whether related or not) of each of the above are not eligible to enter or win. Void outside the United States and where prohibited. Sweepstakes also void where restricted in a manner not satisfied by the publication of these terms and conditions. No purchase necessary nor shall a purchase increase odds of winning.
4. Drawing: Sponsor will randomly select one winner from all Eligible Entrants beginning April 1, 2014 and will continue through December 31, 2015. Each Eligible Entrant must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all such requirements, including presentation and verification of proper identification, including a valid driver’s license or birth certificate. The entrant’s name and address on the identification must match exactly with the information provided in the Sweepstakes entry. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
5. Prizes/Odds: One (1) prize Visa Gift Card valued at $50.00 shall be awarded once per month. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Total retail value of all prizes to be awarded in each weekly sweepstakes is $50.00. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or mutilated prizes and none will be replaced. Prize is nontransferable and must be accepted as awarded. No substitution may be made, except by Sponsor, in the event that the prize cannot be awarded for any reason, in which case, Sponsor will award a prize of equal or greater value. All taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of winner.
6. Notification and Collection of Prizes: Monthly Winner will be notified by mail and email following the drawing each Month. The potential winners are subject to verification and must meet all eligibility requirements before the Prize will be awarded. In the event that a potential winner does not meet all eligibility requirements, that person may be disqualified and the Prize will be awarded to another randomly selected individual. The potential winner must follow the directions provided by the Sponsor and provide any additional information that may be required by the Sponsor. Failure to respond within the time specified or other non-compliance with these Official Rules will result in disqualification as a potential prize winner and void further participation in the Sweepstakes. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted in a timely fashion, or if for any reason a Prize cannot be awarded, another sweepstakes entry will be randomly selected until the Prize has been awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for any failure for any reason whatsoever of the selected entrant to receive notification or for Sponsor to receive a selected entrant’s response.
