I had recently purchased a performance module #90906 for my 2012 Dodge RAM pickup. At first everything was good, but later I started getting an engine fault light and truck would surge bad. I called and got the customer service department, and they immediately resolved the issue by sending a new module right out that day – no waiting to receive my defective one – that was Friday and on Monday it was waiting on me after work! Installed the new module and no engine warning lights after cranking and none while test driving and my performance I had a very notable improvement in acceleration, with no lagging, transmission shifting was faster and smoother, and the truck moved like a scalded dog!! My gas mileage improved by 2 mpg on just the short trip I took as well!! Will monitor gas mileage as I drive more. The best part of this experience was the help Corbin West in the Customer Service Department at JET gave me. He listened to my problem and read my submission form as well and quickly resolved my problem. He sent me the new module FedEx next day – not snail mail – without me having to wait to return my defective one!! I was greatly surprised by that action!! I got a return postage to send my defective one back as well – no spending more of my money or the hassle! My issue was quickly settled, quickly received a replacement part to get my truck driving great again, and not having to argue about who’s wrong or right on the defective part – especially an electrical part!! Most companies are like no way on returning and/or replacing an electrical part!! A big thumbs up to Corbin West and JET Performance Company on customer service and standing by their products! I must add that I also installed a new JET throttle body and throttle body spacer which added to my improved performance. I am thoroughly please with my improved performance from my truck!! Keep up the great work Corbin West and JET Performance!!!

WOW!!! I purchased a Power-Flo TBI Spacer, Power-Flo Throttle Body, and a Power Control Module for my 2012 Dodge RAM 1500 two-wheel drive pickup with a 5.7L HEMI. The power and response were surprisingly great!! Great throttle response and stepping on gas the truck did not hesitate to go!! But just had a problem with the Power Control Module and my engine check light coming on and engine surging before the light came on. Called Technical Support and expected the usual run-a-round crap you usually get from companies now a days – but to my surprise that never even happened – Corbin was the support personal I was speaking with. He listened completely to my problem – never interrupted – and calmly gave me an answer that shocked me!! No Problem he said after he verified where I bought the module from and asked for a picture of proof – which I had no objections to at all – and after getting the picture while on the phone with him, he answered that he would get a new one out ASAP with a return sticker for my failed module. No fussing or fighting or having to wait a month to send mine in and wait for another one!! Instant customer satisfaction – what a concept!! I so happy to have gotten a hold of Corbin and experiencing such a pleasant interaction!! That is the way you keep customers coming back for service and to buy new products!!!
