Had originally inquired about an order I had placed as a surprise for my Husband. I emailed and within an hour had a response from Corbin letting me know the item was on backorder. I asked if there was another module they recommended for my husband’s truck, and told Corbin my needs/wants.
He was able to suggest a module that was in stock and helped me with cancelling the first order and creating the 2nd order. Along with my 100000 questions I had, to ensure I was ordering the correct item. Corbin picked up the phone to call me and ensure me in person (well over the phone instead of 10000000 emails) that I was getting the correct part for hubbys truck, and that it was in fact in stock and if I did not have a tracking number by days end or next day to give him a call. He also said if we had any questions installing module to let him know but to UNPLUG THE BATTERY BEFORE INSTALLING!
Fingers crossed this helps with gas mileage even if its just a little….regardless the Customer service I received from Corbin was TOP NOTCH!!!!
