JET Performance has released a Quadrajet carburetors for Chevy and GMC cars and trucks calibrated specifically for the GM Performance ZZ454 crate engines. The carburetors are extensively reworked with an increased main well size and are balanced to ensure top-end high-rpm fuel flow. Several circuit modifications are made to keep the fuel curve correct throughout the entire rpm range and to keep consistent idle quality. The carburetors include a .149 in. needle and seat to ensure adequate fuel flow. They are designed for modified big block motors with dual plane intake manifolds, headers, an 8.5-9.5:1 compression ratio, and mild ported or aftermarket heads.
